Prayer Shawl Ministry Shawls ... made for centuries universal and embracing, symbolic of an inclusive, unconditionally loving God. Compassion and the love of knitting/crocheting have been combined into a prayerful ministry and spiritual practice which reaches out to those in need of comfort and solace, as well as in celebration and joy. SPF (Senior Pilgrim Fellowship) SPF is a fellowship for youth in grades 9-12. We meet weekly to play games, have discussions, worship, and support one another in Christian community. Twice a year, SPF goes on weekend retreat, and at the year end, we go on a week-long trip, either for Mission Trip or Faith in Action.
